The company Auto-Gamma F&F OÜ was established at 2000. Primary scope of activity is metal construction and metalworks. The company has quality certificates ISO 9001, ISO 1090, EN ISO 3834 and fill an orders for Estonian, Norge, Finnish and Swedish customers. The company’s production area is located at Kohtla-Järve city in Estonia.

Milling and turning CNC machines, which we have, allow us to produce high quality details in any form and proportion.
The biggest machiningCNC center allows to process details with the 24 meters long, 6 meters high and 4 meters in depth.
Carousel machines allows to process details with up to 4 meters in diameter and 2 meters in high.
Bending machines with up to 600 tons pressure and 6 meters length
Rolling machines allows to roll sheets with up to 30 mm thickness and 3 meters in width.
Lathe allows to process details with up to 11.5 meters in length and up to 1.3 meters in diameter.
We also use presses (horizontal and vertical) – bandsaw, drill, warp, grinding (round blade and flat) -, boring machines, welding, certificated painting area and sand-/shotblasting equipment.
The CNC gas / plasma cutting machine cuts up to 200 mm of fine metal and up to 50 mm of stainless steel.
We have a big welding and composing area- 180 meters in length and 25 meters in width, high bridge cranes with up to 30 tons lifting power.
The territory, owned by Auto-Gamma F & F OÜ, with a total area of 12 ha, includes manufactory buildings, garages and warehouses. The exhibition area is asphalted and has good access routes. The Sillamäe port is located in 35 km from the production site.
Projekti numbriga 2021-2027.6.01.23-0099 „Osaühing AUTO-GAMMA F & F arenguplaan” on saanud toetust Ida-Viru ettevõtluse investeeringute toetusmeetmest. Projekti perioodil 08.01.2024 – 31.12.2025 Osaühing GAMMA F&F soetab uued CNC metallitöötlemise pingid ning käivitab metallkonstruktsioonide värvimiseosakond . Projekti eelarve on 1 860 360 eurot, millest toetus on 842 342 eurot, projekti toetatakse Õiglase Ülemineku Fondi vahenditest.
